Custom Spring Plunger Designs

DBM will be happy to supply complete assemblies. Choose from our line of standard spring plungers and accessories, and we will assemble at little or no additional cost.

This custom spring plunger was designed to consistently actuate a proximity sensor in existing cart docking stations. The large contact plate on the plunger compensates for inaccuracy in the cart design as well as inconsistent location of the carts within the docking stations.

This specially designed spring plunger is used in an indexing application for the military requiring a custom plunger, special plating and full certification. It is supplied with a jam nut and T-handle.

This custom spring plunger used for a latching application, was designed with the ability to unlatch by retracting the plunger and rotating it 90 degrees to lock in the retracted position. It is supplied with the jam nut and T-handle.

These custom spring plungers, supplied with a special plunger end diameter, include a ball handle and jam nut.
